AKILA and Cool Calm Studio's mutual focus on timeless looks with modern sensibilities guided their latest frame, dubbed Tangiers. Taking design cues from Martin Scorsese’s Casino, the new sunglasses feature an oversized silhouette and several nods to the 1995 film, like embossed quotes from Robert DeNiro’s “Ace” character and a glitzy Vegas-like finished on the lenses.
