Beams Plus Engineer Jacket Twill Linen - Indigo
The BEAMS PLUS engineer jacket is based on a vintage American store brand from the 1950s and 1960s, with updated fittings for a modern, easy-to-wear design.
The raglan sleeves and triple stitching hold down the key points of workwear, and the sleeve length is deliberately set a little short, making it less bulky even when worn with the cuffs rolled up. It is called the engineer jacket because it was popular among mechanics at the time. The material is 1/25 linen 100% 11oz denim from Japan. The warp yarn is dyed with real indigo skein dyeing to create a deep indigo blue. It features a rugged feel that is unique to linen.
